Delivery Service
– We provide local fresh fruit delivery across Singapore, with delivery arrangements available from Monday to Sunday. For orders paid before 6:00 PM from Monday to Sunday, delivery is expected on the next day, usually completed before 10:00 PM. For orders paid after 6:00 PM, the payment day is not counted, and delivery is expected within 2–3 working days.
Product Guarantee
– You may request a refund before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, fresh fruits are considered perishable goods and cannot be returned. To protect your interests, please check the parcel upon receipt. If the outer carton is damaged, please open the box and inspect whether any items are damaged or missing. If any fruits are damaged, please take clear photos of the affected fruits with the original packaging box as the background and contact our customer service within 24 hours. We will compensate based on the actual value of the damaged items. Fresh fruits cannot be returned or exchanged back and forth, as repeated handling may cause the fruits to spoil. If delivery is delayed due to an incomplete or incorrect address, wrong contact details, or the recipient being uncontactable, resulting in the fruits becoming rotten or spoiled, no compensation will be provided.
